All of our rooms are individually decorated and have private en suite bathrooms, cable TV, FAST WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, a hair dryer and a radio, CD player and alarm clock.  All rates quoted are per day and include evening refreshments and a full breakfast served at a time of your choosing between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m.  In addition we have a fitness center where during your stay you will have unlimited use of the facilities which include cardio and weight training equipment.  At any time, you can relax either outside on one of our two porches or in the well stocked Library.  

Breakfast starts with fresh fruit, choice of juices, home made yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bread, home made jam and tea and coffee. Next up, try one of our four specialty breakfasts; Irish - eggs, ham and soda bread; Southern - eggs, sausage, grits and corn bread; Canadian  - eggs, peameal bacon, pancakes and maple syrup; and French - croissant/french toast, cheeses, cold cuts and chocolate. Want something different? Just ask and we'll whip it up for you!

As your hosts, we will be as available or as absent as you desire. Our goal is to make your stay unforgettable!

For your added comfort we have chosen only the highest quality mattresses making our beds, quite possibly, the most comfortable you will find outside of your own home. At Simply Divine, you don't need to buy an add on package to get the luxury amenities you deserve; we provide them for you. We use only the finest quality bed linens which are smooth and silky. Our fluffy towels are big, soft and thirsty. For your sensory pleasure, we provide superior bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner, hand and body lotion and moisturizing hypo allergenic glycerin soap.  Finally, because we know you are special, we provide service that is second to none and pampering that is sure to please. POLICIES

• The above rates are for one or two people. The extra person charge is $20 per person, children (under 12) are $10 per child no charge for 2 and under.
• Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm (later by arrangement).
• Check-out is at 11 am.
• Smoking is not permitted in any part of the inn. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies, the porches, and in the garden.
• Well behaved children are welcome with prior approval.
• Small, well mannered and freshly groomed pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. The charge per pet is $20, there is also a refundable deposit required.
• Reservations can be made by phone using a valid credit card.
• A 50% deposit (100% for one night bookings) will be charged to your card at the time of the reservation. The balance is due at check-in.
• 72 Hours notice is required for cancellations, 7 days for holiday and special event weekends or reservations that include a package. No deposit refunds will be allowed for late cancellations and no shows and late cancellations will be charged for one night’s accommodation or 60% of the total reservation, whichever is greater.
